מספר עדכונים:

1. הטבות בביטוח רכב: לאחרונה חלו שינויים בהטבות שניתנות לחברי המועצה המתאמת. סוכנות ״כרמים״ כבר לא מציעה הטבות שהיו בעבר וכנראה התגלו כהפסדיות עבורה. ההטבות העדכניות מופיעות באתר ארגון הסגל.

2. מתנת יום הולדת: המשובים שאנחנו מקבלים על המעבר משובר של אקדמון לשובר של buyme הם ברובם המכריע חיוביים, ולכן מתכוונים להמשיך עם הסדר זה, אבל נשמח לכל משוב נוסף. שימו לב שלאחר שאתם מקבלים את המייל מ-buyme שמבשר שקיבלתם שובר מתנה, צריך להיכנס לקישור ולבחור מתנה, ולעשות זאת תוך שנה לכל היותר. המתנה שצריך לבחור לא חייבת להיות המוצר או השירות שאתם רוצים לקנות, אלא יכולה להיות שובר שאפשר לבחור מתוך מספר אפשרויות, כולל buyme all שמאפשר רכישה ממגוון רחב של חנויות. לאחר הבחירה הראשונית הזו (שדורשת כמה שניות), יש עוד חמש שנים להשתמש בשובר, וניתן גם לחבר כמה שוברים לקניה אחת.

3. לבקשת פרופ' רמי בנבנישתי, אנחנו שולחים תזכורת (אחת ואחרונה) לגבי הסקר שהוא עורך בעניין עמדות, תחושות וצרכים של חברי סגל בעידן הקורונה. הסקר הוא אנונימי ונערך מטעמו של פרופ׳ בנבנישתי (ramibenben@gmail.com), אם כי תוצאות הסקר עשויות להיות רלוונטיות גם לפעילות ארגון הסגל, ולכן נשמח אם תמצאו לנכון למלא אותו, כאן.

A few updates:

1. Car insurance deals: recently the special deals offered to faculty members (through the coordinating council of faculty associations) have changed. The updated offers appear on our website (in Hebrew, but you can contact the two insurance agencies noted there for details).

2. Birthday gift: the feedback we have received on shifting from Academon gift cards to Buyme is mostly very positive, so we intened to continue with this arrangement, but we welcome any additional feedback. Please note that after you receive the mail from Buyme indicating that you have received a gift card, you need to click on the link and choose a gift, within one year. The “gift” does not necessarily have to be the product or service you wish to buy, but can also be a choice of a specific gift card from several alternatives, including “buyme all” which allows you to purchase from a broad variety of stores. After this initial choice (which only takes a few seconds), you have five more years to use the gift card, and you can combine several such cards for one purchase.

3. Prof. Rami Benbenishty (ramibenben@gmail.com) is coducting a survey (together with colleagues from other Universities) on feelings and needs of faculty members during the COVID period. The survey is anonymous. He is asking for your cooperation in completing the survey (though note it is in Hebrew) and we distribute the request because of the potential relevance also to our own activities.
