מספר עדכונים:

המצגות של אריק בן-עזרא ושל טיקי בוסו-טיקר שהוצגו במפגש הנ״ל. בימים הקרובים נעלה לאתר גם מסמך של שאלות ותשובות, שבו התייחסות לשאלות שעלו במפגש.
2. כפי שהודענו לפני זמן מה, קיבלנו הסכמה מסמנכ״ל הכספים ומחשבת האוניברסיטה לכך שחברי הסגל יכולים לבקש מחשבי היחידות לבצע עבורם הזמנות מתקציבי מחקר או קק״מ, כפי שהיה מקובל לפני עידן הסאפ. אם אתם נתקלים בבעיות במימוש נושא זה, אנא כיתבו לשאול, shaul.oreg@mail.huji.ac.il.
3. ועד הסגל המינהלי מקיים ביום שני הקרוב בשעות הערב אירוע קיץ. נותרו כרטיסים אותם חברי הסגל האקדמי מוזמנים לרכוש. הארוע כולל מופע של שלומי שבת שמארח את עברי לידר ואת אליעד, וכן כיבוד קל. הארוע יתקיים ב-19 ביולי החל מהשעה 20:00 באמפיתיאטרון בהר הצופים. מחיר כרטיס מסובסד 80 ש״ח, וניתן לרכוש עד שני כרטיסים לעובד. הרכישה תתאפשר היום (חמישי) וביום שני לפני המופע במשרדי הוועד המינהלי בבנין פאפיק, קמפוס ספרא בין השעות 8 ל-15. ביום שני תהיה גם מכירה בקמפוס הר הצופים במשרד הוועד המינהלי שבמסדרון הכניסה לפקולטה למדעי החברה, בין 11 ל-13.

Please see below a few updates from the Senior Faculty Association (Union):
1. Following previous messages regarding the end of the long-term care (nursing) insurance, the recording of the Zoom meeting held yesderday about this is available here: https://huji.cloud.panopto.eu/Panopto/Pages/Viewer.aspx?id=24733143-7a69-4785-b05d-ad6500da3c06. we have posted the powerpoint presentations from these meetings (also in Hebrew). If you have any questions about this issue, please contact us.
2. As we notified a few weeks ago, we have an understaning with the University Finance Department, according to which Faculty members can ask their Faculty finance staff to perform orders for them from research or travel budgets, as was common before the SAP era. If you face any difficulties with this in pactice, please let us know by writing to Shaul, shaul.oreg@mail.huji.ac.il.
3. The Administrative Staff Association is holding a summer event this Monday evening. They have some tickets left which the Academic staff is invited to purchase. The event features a musical concert of Shlomi Shabat, with guests Ivri Lider and Eliad, and refreshments. It will be held on July 19th from 8pm at the amphitheater of Mount Scopus. Tickets cost 80 NIS, every employee can buy up to 2 tickets. They can be purchaed today (Thursday) and on Monday at the Administrative Staff Association office at the Popick building, Safra campus, between 8am and 3pm. On Monday tickets will also be sold at their Mount Scopus office located at the hallway leading to the Faculty of Social Sciences, between 11am and 1pm.
